Clonakilty whiskey distillery
Clonakilty Distillery stands on the Scully family farm on the West Cork coast near the Galley Head lighthouse. Founded by Michael Scully, whose family have farmed there for eight generations, it distilled its first spirit in 2019.
The distillery makes a triple distilled single pot still spirit, using long fermentations and barley grown on its own coastal fields, with maturation warehouses overlooking the Atlantic.
