- 1954Canadian Schenley builds four ageing warehouses on the North Vancouver property and begins shipping spirit in from Valleyfield.
- 1959Canadian Schenley announces completion of the North Vancouver distillery and renames it Canadian Park & Tilford.
- 1967The company launches the Park & Tilford Gardens project beside the distillery, turning the site into a public landmark.
- 1981Rapid-American sells Canadian Schenley to the Byrn family; eighteen months later the business is sold again to Penfund.
- 1984Penfund closes the distillery and consolidates operations at Salaberry-de-Valleyfield.
