- 1829Founded by Michael Molloy.
- 1857Property passed to Molloy's nephew, Bernard Daly.
- 1887Daly's son Captain Bernard Daly succeeded; preoccupied with equestrian pursuits, he appointed a new general manager (Daniel E. Williams) who transformed the company's fortunes.
- 1903Formed into a private company, B. Daly & Co. Ltd (shares held by Capt. Daly and the Williams family).
- 1931Capt. Daly resigned; the Williams family acquired his shares.
- 1954The distillery closed down (the district stayed associated with Williams enterprises, notably Irish Mist Liqueur Co).
